Representatives are available Monday – Friday from 9:00am-6:00pm Central and Saturday from 9:00am-12:00pm Central.

24-hour Telephone Banking
Check balances, listen to information about your most recent transactions, or verify your direct deposit posted to your account any time of the day or night using the Telephone Banking system.  Telephone Banking can be accessed tollfree by dialing (800) 585-3040.

Debit Cards
To report a lost or stolen card:  Please contact your local United Central Bank branch immediately.  For assistance after hours or on weekends, please contact us (through our vendor support at FiServ) immediately at (800) 417-8715.
